Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
All of our gel blaster come with a 30 day warranty period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.(Items that have been modified, opened up or show signs of misuse cannot be returned.) It must also be returned with all supplied accessories and parts. Before processing a return, we require a video proving that the item is damaged or is not working. This can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we have determined that the item is faulty we will offer the choice to resend the item at our cost or to refund your purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is found to be defective. If you receive a full refund, the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on bank processing times.
