Shipping Policy

We only ship items to addresses in Queensland. Some states have certain restrictions on our product types and we have made the decision to abide by the laws. 

Please allow 1-3 business days for handling time and processing of orders. During peak season and sales, we ask for some additional processing time as we catch up with our orders. We reserve the right to exceed these conditions under certain circumstances.

Tracking information should be sent within 24-48 hours of the parcel being processed through our system. If you require more tracking information, please contact us at opforcedelta.gelblasters@outlook.com with your order number and details and we will be happy to help.

Please ensure your shipping information including your delivery address is correct before checkout. We are unable to change delivery address once the order has been processed and sent via Australia Post.

Once an order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of Australia Post and we will not be held responsible for any items that go missing. If you require help with locating a missing order, please use Australia's Post missing item page.
