At Op Force Delta Gel Blasters, we pride ourselves on customer service and a reasonable outcome for our customers. Our warranty policy is based on what is reasonable in the gel blaster industry and for our customers.

All blasters purchased through OP Force Delta Gel Blasters will include a 30 day limited warranty to cover manufacturing faults. All blasters are tested pre-purchase by the manufacturer. Faulty products must be sent back with receipt or proof of purchase and a written description of the fault. Any blaster found to be physically damaged by user neglect, either internally or externally, upgraded or modified, opened or attempted to be opened, used apart from the manufacturer specifications or intended use included, but not limited to, the use of BB’s, metal or plastic or otherwise will void warranty.

Any items returned to us claiming to be faulty but found to be in fully functional working order will incur a fee to cover return postage. Items found to be faulty under the warranty will be either repaired or replaced at no extra cost.

Please be advised that due to the nature of the product, regular and extended use of a gel blaster will cause wear on internal components and will require maintenance. If your blaster is not covered under the warranty but you would like a repair or service please contact us at opforcedelta.gelblasters@outlook.com

Our warranty policy is based on what is reasonable and exceeding 30 days, warranty claims will be assessed on a case by case basis to determine if it is reasonable to fix or replace a fault.

Returns and refunds will be carried out in accordance with Australian Consumer Law as determined by information from the ACCC (https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers).

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Items returned due to a manufacturing fault will be either repaired, replaced or refunded at no extra cost at the discretion of the retailer.
• Change of mind returns are not accepted.

Any blaster found to be physically damaged by user neglect, either internally or externally, upgraded or modified, opened or attempted to be opened, used apart from the manufacturer specifications or intended use including the use of BB’s, metal or plastic or otherwise will void the item’s eligibility for return. 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  AS per ACCC guidelines, We do however reserve the right to repair the item instead of refund if the item is in condition to be repaired and the fault is deemed to be minor.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

• Send email to opforcedelta.gelblasters@outlook.com detailing the fault. Include picture of fault or a short video of the issue.
